Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you use the Study Katta app or website, operated by Ai Digital Wizard. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Study Katta.

1. Your account

• Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it current.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Do not share your login.
• One account is for one person. We may limit or suspend accounts that appear shared or automated.

2. What Study Katta provides

Study material, mock tests, previous year question papers, current affairs updates and video lessons for competitive examinations in Maharashtra.

3. Accuracy of content

We work to keep questions, answers and current affairs accurate and current, but do not guarantee that all content is free of errors. Study Katta does not guarantee any examination result, rank or selection. Study material is an aid to your preparation, not a substitute for it.

4. Study Katta Pro

• Pro plans are sold inside the app for a fixed duration and do not auto-renew.
• Access begins when payment is confirmed and ends on the expiry date shown in the app.
• Current plans: Basic ₹79 for 1 month, Super ₹149 for 3 months, Pro ₹449 for 1 year.
• Prices and plan contents may change. A change never affects a plan already paid for.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may use Study Katta for your own exam preparation. You may not:

• copy, record, screenshot, redistribute, resell or publish our content, including questions, solutions, PDFs and videos;
• use bots, scrapers or automated tools against the service;
• attempt to bypass payment, unlock premium content, or interfere with security;
• upload anything unlawful, offensive or infringing.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, without refund.

6. Intellectual property

All content — questions, explanations, PDFs, videos, design, logos and software — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own preparation.

7. Advertisements

Free accounts see advertisements, and some content can be unlocked by watching a rewarded advertisement. Advertisements are served by third parties whose content we do not control. Pro removes advertisements.

8. Availability

We aim to keep Study Katta available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may be added, changed or removed, and maintenance may occur without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Study Katta is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or examination outcomes. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Amravati, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or your use of Study Katta.
