Copyright & Content Removal
1. Our content
The Study Katta name, logo, app, this website, and the questions, explanations and notes we write are the property of Ai Digital Wizard and are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own exam preparation. You may not republish, resell, bulk-download or redistribute them — including re-uploading our PDFs or question sets to another app, channel or website — without written permission.
2. We respect your rights
We take copyright seriously and do not knowingly host infringing material. Some content is contributed or compiled from public sources, and mistakes are possible. If you own the rights to something published through Study Katta and want it removed, tell us and we will act. You do not need a lawyer and there is no fee.
3. How to request removal
Email support@studykatta.com with the subject line “Content Removal Request”. This is the fastest route and reaches the person who can act on it.
4. What your notice must include
So we can identify the material and act without guessing, please include all of the following:
- Your name, organisation (if any) and a contact email.
- Identification of the work you own — a title, a link, or a copy.
- Where it appears in Study Katta: the exact screen, page URL, test name, PDF title or question, with a screenshot if you can. A request we cannot locate is one we cannot action.
- A statement that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
5. What we do, and how fast
We acknowledge every request within 3 working days and aim to complete our review within 10 working days. Where a claim is clear, we remove or disable access to the material first and review afterwards. We will tell you the outcome in writing. Removal from the app may take up to one further release for older installed versions.
6. If we removed your material by mistake
If content you uploaded or submitted was removed and you believe that was wrong, reply to our notice with your reasons and proof of your rights. We will reconsider and restore it if the claim does not stand.
7. Repeat infringement
Accounts that repeatedly submit infringing material may be suspended or terminated under our Terms of Service.
